Apartment Review for River Garden - New Orleans, LA

RG apts were nice about 3 years ago. its mixed income but it seemed to work. quiet, clean, nice people, strictly enforced rules. Then the management totally lost control or interest in controlling the low income families that live there. Its overrun with thugs, and full of new born babies with no fathers and teenage mothers, noisy, trashy, disgusting. Its basically reverting back to the housing project it replaced. dont even think of living there
