Apartment Review for Magnolia Gardens - New Orleans, LA

I agree with the first comment.Christina is very pleasant when she is leasing a apartment but once you move in her true colors show real fast. She is unconcerned and basically hides in the office. She claims pest control sprays every month. I have never had pest control spray the inside of my apartment since I moved in here. Which was four months ago! The rats,roaches and other creepy crawlers are notorious back here and it is aggravating! Christina is not concerned about pest control and I will pray that she is soon replaced by someone who is experienced and concerned about the tenants and not only the rent money!
