Yada tells nothing but LIES.Nothing is new. You won't have hot water. There is rust stains all over the bathroom and in the kitchen. There are gaps between the walls and the carpet which allows rodents to come in. Whatever you do, DO NOT give them any money. DO NOT MOVE THERE!  Need to rent an apartment?
