Apartment Review for Marquis Apartments - New Orleans, LA

I would like to comment on my experience at The Marquis. The location is excellent. I work downtown and it takes 5 minutes to get to work now. The apartment is beautiful. I looked a long time before renting here. The pool and other areas are so nice. I have recommend Marquis to many other friends that were looking for a nicer place to live. The maintenance had problems in the beginning but are very good now. The ladies in the office try to help with anything you ask for and are quick to respond. Overall my experience has been very good and I will renew my lease in August.
